I'm jumping right into the rabbit hole with this one.
My story in knowing this band and Toby Driver in general is... maybe the same as most people?
I've seen Maudlin of the Well's albums praised as some of the best progressive metal albums of all time. I've had my experiences with those albums. Then I heard that Kayo Dot is basically their successor, with multiple members from the same band.
I'm aware this band is very experimental and avant-garde, which is not the type of sound of I usually seek, but I'm trying to expand my horizons. I am also so damn curious to see how I will like this band.
Also, since the material is so small. I though it made sense to include Maudlin of the Well's albums here as well.
